NAVTEX (or SITOR-B to be precise) is used to transmit weather information to ships at sea. It basically the same as FEC .. each message has a unique number and the ship board equipment can be set to copy a message just once. This was recorded at 518 KHz Mark or 520.2 LSB. You will have to wait a while to hear a station come on .. they all use the same frequency.
