HF Packet is done at 300 Baud and is mostly used for BBS systems. Many of them can be heard from 14.088 MHz and up. It sounds a bit like a fuzzy Pactor but the transmissions last longer as the packets are variable in length and can be a whole line as in 1200 Baud VHF packet.
